Tips to use with 'Sleep Solution'

* Daily exercise can help people get to sleep a lot easier, try to exercise 20 to 30 minutes a day - preferably a cardio/aerobic style workout such as brisk walking, swimming, jogging, squash etc. Introducing this into your morning schedule or lunch time break is extremely beneficial but you will benefit from this a lot more if you perform the exercise 5 to 6 hours before bed.
* Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and drugs after 4PM
* Avoid day-time Napping
* Practice Self massage, especially, your feet and scalp
* Avoid heavy meal before going to bed.
* Allow a minimum of 2 hours after your last meal to go to sleep.
* Avoid television an hour prior to sleep
* Make sure your room is well ventilated
* Make sure the light in your room is not too bright
* Practice regular time to go to bed and wake up
* Take warm bath prior to falling asleep which can help you to relax the body
* Take a glass of warm milk or calming herbal tea prior to going to sleep
* As you lay on bed, take a moment and practice slow, deep and rhythmic breathing - start with 10 such breaths and increase this practice at your own pace - this will reduce stress and anxiety and help you to relax and sleep
* The recommended dosage of the Sleep Solution is 2 capsules per night but you may increase the dosage up to 4 capsules per night
